Bus Driver's Ex-Boyfriend Boards School Bus, Attacks Her In Front Of Kids

Kenneth Latrel Revels, 46

Authorities in North Carolina are trying to track down a man who brutally assaulted his ex-girlfriend on a school bus. Police say that 46-year-old Kenneth Latrel Revels boarded the bus while it was stopped so the driver could pick up students along her morning route.

Revels began punching the woman and knocked her to floor as around 20 children watched in horror. The driver managed to keep her foot on the brake and prevent the bus from "moving uncontrollably." Revels then kicked the woman in the head before he ran away.

Authorities issued a warrant for Revels' arrest, and he is facing numerous charges, including violating a domestic violence protection order, assault on a female, assault on a school employee, disorderly conduct on a school bus, entering a school bus unlawfully, breaking or entering a motor vehicle, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and assault with a deadly weapon in the presence of minors.

The school district said that none of the children on the bus were injured. They did not provide information about the identity of the bus driver or her injuries.
