When you think of the phrase "Home Alone," this is the picture that may come to mind...
... until now (or maybe that will be your face after hearing this song). Ansel Elgort, also known by his DJ name Ansolo in the dance music world, has just dropped a fire new debut single called "Home Alone," and it may just be your new favorite song this summer.
The most amazing fact about this track is that it was written, AND produced, AND performed by Ansel himself. In other words, that's his voice on the song! So not only can Ansel act and produce music, he can also write songs and sing. He even shared a cover of Shawn Mendes' new single "Treat You Better" earlier this week.
In his new single, Ansel sings, "At the end of the night/When I turn off the lights/And the bulls**t fades away/I don't want to go home alone."
"Home Alone" is expected to be officially released soon. And it sounds like it's the only the beginning of new music from Ansel. On Twitter, the actor/musician tweeted a link to the song, along with the message "I'm so excited to begin this journey with you all."
